12-month Diploma in Management Studies (DMS)

The post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies is intended primarily for those who have a first degree but who do not have much work experience. This programme is ideal for those who wish to pursue a career in management. It focuses on underpinning knowledge and practical skills and will provide you with the opportunity to preserve and build on existing good practice. The DMS can be studied as a stand-alone programme or as the first year of the University of Sunderland MBA.

Entry Requirements
To gain entry to the Diploma in Management Studies you should possess a first Degree, another appropriate professional qualification or experience of working in a management position.

Length of course: 12 months (4 academic terms)
Course start dates: September, January, April and July

International students will need an IELTS score of at least 5.5 or an equivalent English qualification.
